My annual Vichara class is an opportunity to reflect on 2025 in community, to share and witness one another, to mourn and celebrate, to move the past year through our breaths, bodies, and hearts. And then we will let 2025 go. In the second half of the workshop, we set intentions for 2025, given the lessons, learnings, gifts, and blessings that we accounted for in 2025, and work to sculpt these intentions in community and via shared practice. I love teaching this workshop, and I hope you will join me.
