DESCRIPTION: This is a class to be with your whole self in the wake of having birthed a child: your heart as you tend to this precious being dependent upon you, your body as you heal and provide care, and all that you are balancing in your mind. Postnatal yoga has been known to mitigate postpartum depression, strengthen the pelvic floor, help with milk production.

In this class, anything goes! Bring your messy self. Bring baby or have time to yourself. Nurse baby or connect with them through the breaths and postures. Breathe, move your body, be in community with other folks doing the dance you are doing day and night.
